1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one account with kls4d. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Personal Use Only: Your kls4d account is for your personal entertainment use only. You may not operate your account on behalf of third parties, allow others to access your account, or use your account for commercial purposes or professional gambling activities.
• Financial Capacity: You must use only funds that belong to you personally, that you can afford to lose without causing financial hardship, and that are not derived from illegal activities. Gambling with borrowed money, credit card cash advances, or funds intended for essential expenses (rent, utilities, food, medical care) is strictly discouraged and may be grounds for account suspension if detected.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create a kls4d account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account termination.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

kls4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we require all players to verify their identity before processing withdrawal requests. You must provide clear, legible copies of government-issued identification documents (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions and withdrawal delays.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must:

If your email address, phone number, residential address, or other contact information changes, you must update it in your account settings immediately. kls4d uses your registered contact information for important communications, including security alerts, withdrawal confirmations, and promotional offers.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

5.1 Deposits

kls4d supports deposits through various Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank transfer processing times may vary depending on your bank.

By depositing funds, you confirm that:

• The deposited funds are legally yours and not derived from illegal activities.
• You are not using funds intended for essential living expenses.

5.2 Withdrawals

We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or suspicious transaction patterns. Players engaged in potential money laundering activities will have accounts immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

You may not withdraw deposited funds until you have wagered at least 1x (one times) the deposit amount. This anti-money laundering requirement prevents the platform from being used as a fund transfer service. Bonus-related winnings cannot be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

kls4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed on the promotion page and must be read carefully before claiming any offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the associated deposit) before conversion to withdrawable real money. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawal.

Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type:

• Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager toward requirements.
• Table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) may contribute 10-20%.
• Sports betting contributions depend on odds (typically minimum odds 1.80 required).

6.2 Bonus Abuse

kls4d prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and using bugs or system errors to gain unfair advantage. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses forfeited, winnings voided, and account permanently closed.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

While wagering bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 10,000 to Rp 50,000 per bet depending on the specific bonus terms). Exceeding maximum bet limits while completing wagering requirements will result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.

7. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All gameplay on kls4d is governed by the specific rules of each game, which can be accessed through the game information or help section. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with game rules before playing. In the event of disputes regarding game rules or outcomes, kls4d's decision based on our recorded game logs is final and binding.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that produce truly random outcomes. Game results are determined by the RNG at the moment of bet placement or game initiation and cannot be manipulated by kls4d or the player. We do not guarantee wins or manipulate game outcomes in any player's favor or disfavor.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting odds are calculated based on mathematical probabilities and market conditions. Odds may change up until the moment a bet is placed. Accepted bets are final and cannot be canceled. In cases of obvious pricing errors (also called "palpable errors"), kls4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

7.3 Game Malfunctions

In the rare event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects gameplay, the affected game round is void, and stakes are refunded. You must report suspected malfunctions to customer support immediately with relevant details (game name, time, bet ID). Continued play on a malfunctioning game may result in voiding of subsequent bets.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kls4d platform and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, engaging in chargeback fraud, providing false identity documents, or any form of financial fraud.
• Collusion & Cheating: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, using betting bots or automated software, exploiting software bugs, or manipulating game outcomes.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account for any purpose, including claiming bonuses multiple times or circumventing account restrictions.
• Money Laundering: Using kls4d as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activities.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or hack the kls4d platform or any game software.
• Account Sharing: Allowing others to access or use your account, or accessing another player's account.
• Commercial Use: Operating your account for commercial purposes, professional gambling syndicates, or promotional activities not authorized by kls4d.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, kls4d and its operators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.

kls4d is not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from your failure to protect account credentials or unauthorized account access.
• Technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or device failures that affect your gameplay.
• Third-party payment processor delays or failures beyond our control.
• Content errors, outdated information, or temporary service unavailability.
• Losses resulting from your failure to understand game rules or bonus terms.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with kls4d services is to cease using the platform and close your account. In no event shall kls4d's total liability exceed the amount you deposited in the six months preceding the claim.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your kls4d account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification and completion of any pending wagering requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

10.2 Suspension by kls4d

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we reasonably suspect:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal use of the platform.
• Provision of false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Collusion, cheating, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Abusive behavior toward customer support staff or other players.
• Self-exclusion from gambling services in Indonesia or other jurisdictions.

Upon termination for cause, we reserve the right to forfeit all account balances, void pending bets, and report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming standards and practices. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of kls4d services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and kls4d.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration rather than court litigation. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against kls4d. All disputes must be brought individually.
